Digital Products and E-Learning Courses – Last updated: April 2026

Nature of the Service

PIVA Rotor Solutions offers professional development e-learning courses (“Courses”) delivered through a digital learning management system accessible at learn.pivarotorsolutions.com (“Platform”). Courses are digital products and are delivered electronically upon purchase.

Course Access

  • Upon successful payment, the User receives access to the purchased Course(s) within the Platform.
  • Access credentials are sent to the email address provided during purchase.
  • Access to each Course is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • After the access period expires, the User may request renewal at a reduced rate by contacting info@pivarotorsolutions.com.

Account and Credentials

  • Each purchase grants access to a single user account. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • PIVA Rotor Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing access in violation of these terms.

Certificates of Completion

  • Upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments within a Course, the User receives a Certificate of Completion issued by PIVA Rotor Solutions.
  • Certificates are professional development certificates. They do NOT constitute an official licence, rating, or authorisation issued by any National Aviation Authority (NAA), EASA, or FOCA.
  • Certificates include a unique verification code that can be validated at learn.pivarotorsolutions.com/mod/customcert/verify_certificate.php.
  • PIVA Rotor Solutions does not guarantee that any third party (employer, regulator, or authority) will recognise or accept the Certificate of Completion.

Intellectual Property

  • All Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, quizzes, assessments, and course materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of PIVA Rotor Solutions.
  • The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course content for personal professional development purposes only.
  • The User may NOT reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Course content without prior written consent.
  • Screen recording, downloading, or capturing Course content by any means is strictly prohibited.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.
  • Prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the buyer’s jurisdiction and VAT status. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number may be eligible for VAT exemption under the reverse charge mechanism.
  • Payment is processed securely via WooPayments (powered by Stripe). PIVA Rotor Solutions does not store credit card details.
  • Promotional pricing (including early bird offers) is available for a limited time or quantity and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

  • Because Courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Distance Selling) is waived upon delivery of the digital content, provided the User has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  • Notwithstanding the above, PIVA Rotor Solutions offers the following refund policy:
    • Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the User has NOT accessed more than 20% of the Course content (measured by module completion).
    • No refund is available after 14 days or if more than 20% of the Course content has been accessed.
    • Refund requests must be submitted to info@pivarotorsolutions.com with the order number and reason for the request.
    • Bundle purchases: if a refund is granted, it applies to the entire bundle, not individual courses within the bundle.
  • In case of technical issues preventing access to purchased content, PIVA Rotor Solutions will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days, a full refund will be provided.

Disclaimer

  • Course content is provided for professional development and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or operational advice.
  • While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and alignment with current regulations (including EASA Implementing Rules, AMC, and GM), aviation regulations change frequently. Users are responsible for verifying current regulatory requirements with their relevant NAA or competent authority.
  • PIVA Rotor Solutions shall not be held liable for any operational decisions, regulatory submissions, or safety assessments made based on Course content.
  • PIVA Rotor Solutions does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: obtaining an operational authorisation, passing an NAA assessment, or securing employment.

Corporate and Group Licensing

  • Group and corporate licensing is available for organisations with 5 or more learners.
  • Corporate licences are subject to a separate agreement. Contact info@pivarotorsolutions.com for custom pricing and terms.
  • Corporate accounts may include additional features such as progress dashboards and completion reports, subject to the specific agreement.

Modifications

  • PIVA Rotor Solutions reserves the right to update Course content at any time to reflect regulatory changes, improve quality, or correct errors.
  • Users with active access will benefit from content updates at no additional cost.
  • PIVA Rotor Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
