Why this business

Training that starts from the real job

After years of teaching in the cockpit and in the classroom, I saw how much good training depends on context: the aircraft, the operation, the person in the seat. Piva Rotor Solutions builds courses, coaching and technical advice from that context, and shows the work before asking anyone to pay for it.

I work in English and Italian, online across Europe and on site when a project needs it.
